2. Accuracy of Pricing, Product Listings, and Inventory

  • Pricing Corrections: We strive for complete accuracy, but typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, and availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  • Inventory Volatility: Due to the highly collectible and limited nature of our inventory, items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may sell out before checkout is completed. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made.

4. Billing, Payments, and Account Security

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Pre-Order Policies and Timelines

By purchasing a "Pre-Order" item, you acknowledge that the arrival date is an estimate provided by the manufacturer and is subject to change due to production delays, supply chain constraints, or shipping disruptions. Pre-orders are subject to specific cancellation penalties as detailed in our separate Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gallery of Collectibles Décor & Icons does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall our directors, officers, employees, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of the site or any products procured using the service.
